Molecular Systems Biology is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes high-quality research in the fields of systems biology, synthetic biology and systems medicine. Manuscripts are selected based on their novelty and wide biological significance. Molecular Systems Biology has a fair and transparent editorial process to rapidly publish important scientific advances. Topics falling within the scope of the journal include: integrative and genome-scale biology, quantitative biology, computational biology, metabolic and regulatory networks, evolution of genomes and biological networks, systems medicine, synthetic biology and genome-scale biological engineering.
