Abstract

A work term report template for University of Waterloo students. Tailored mainly with Faculty of Mathematics work report requirements but should be similar to other faculties. Uses the guidelines and templates presented at https://uwaterloo.ca/math/current-undergraduates/co-op-information/work-report-guidelines The intended use for this is simply to provide University of Waterloo students a template for their required co-op work term reports. All text used in this report is placeholder text.
