This presentation template adheres to the University Style Guidelines as specified on https://marketing.uic.edu/marketing-toolbox/university-style-guide/ . Font is the only stylistic element that could not be specified to strictly adhere to these guidelines. Implementing fonts is nontrivial in LaTeX. One could utilize an alternate compiler to implement *.ttf fonts, but I could not figure out how to do this without conflicts/errors. This template can easily be adapted to other departments using the UIC logos available on the marketing.uic.edu website.

This LaTeX template contains the current cover page requested by CIMAT A.C. for the master thesis and it is based on the official template available at www.cimat.mx/~jannet/alumnos/170619%20portadilla%20tesis.doc; on the other hand, this template has been created to provide the sufficient structure of the thesis while adhering to the CIMAT thesis specifications and allowing us to focus on the content of our thesis work. Additionally there are customizable features that you can use. Most of these are documented in the comments.
